Violencia contra las mujeres: comunicación visual y acción política en “Ni Una Menos” y “Vivas Nos Queremos”

En este artículo nos proponemos realizar un ejercicio de crítica cultural y política comparando las narrativas visuales de dos campañas que visibilizan y denuncian la violencia contra las mujeres a través de la plataforma virtual de Facebook: #NiUnaMenos, de Argentina y #VivasNosQueremos de México. Las imágenes circulantes en ambas campañas surgen con el objetivo de denunciar y visibilizar las consecuencias sociales y culturales de las estructuras patriarcales de poder en los distintos ámbitos de la sociedad. Aquí, nos preguntamos por la representación y circulación pública de imaginarios sociales, los modos de producir sentidos divergentes y acciones políticas para hacerle frente a este flagrante problema social en ambos países.
