Editorial policy
Editorial Policy
Limaq, the journal of the Faculty of Architecture of the Universidad de Lima, promotes and disseminates research and reflection on architectural design and the city. It is published twice a year (May and November), in print (ISSN 2410-6127) and electronic (e-ISSN 2523-630X) versions. Manuscripts are accepted in Spanish, Portuguese or English. The full thematic scope is available at https://revistas.ulima.edu.pe/index.php/Limaq/about.
Peer Review Process
Every manuscript undergoes a preliminary evaluation by the editorial team and a plagiarism check using detection software. Manuscripts that pass are evaluated by two reviewers under a double-blind system; if the reviews are inconclusive, a third reviewer decides. The academic verdict is final and not subject to appeal. Further details are available at https://revistas.ulima.edu.pe/index.php/Limaq/proed.
Publication Ethics
Limaq follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The commitments of authors, reviewers, and the editorial team, the use of artificial intelligence, and the procedures for complaints, corrections, and retractions are set out in the Code of Ethics: https://revistas.ulima.edu.pe/index.php/Limaq/eted.

The journal does not charge authors for submitting, reviewing, or publishing their manuscripts, nor does it charge readers for access.
