Collaborative blockchain-based tool for the reliable recording of grape origin information

Abstract

The tool is in the design and development phase. It is proposed to improve the efficiency in the issuance of certificates of origin through the implementation of a blockchain-based tool for the registration of the information of origin of the table grape, in which the properties inherent to this technology are taken advantage of, guaranteeing the reliability, transparency, integrity and security of the data.
