This article describes the fundamental blocks that organizations should consider in order to successfully carry out a digital transformation. It will be described as an appropriate organizational structure, a cultural shift towards agile mindset, and a correct implementation of a corporate IT governance that can drive companies to reach the five domains of digital transformation and generate the desired change.
