Implementation of a monitoring and control service for the gardens of a municipality in Lima using the Internet of Things

The following goes over the implementation of a monitoring system using Open Hardware. The latter will be set up at a public garden in Lima, using sensors and the local mobile network, for municipal water management and distribution (metering) in real time.
