Abstract

This paper describes the fundamental pillars for the generation of high-performance teams within the scope of the management of projects of information systems. It will be described how the adoption of the Agile Mindset, the understanding of the evolution of motivation and the internalization of the cost of leadership allows to transform the performance of any team of people.
