CALL FOR PAPERS | FIFTH ISSUE

The Peruvian Journal of Management (PJM), the academic journal of the Graduate School of the University of Lima, invites national and international researchers, academics, and professionals to submit their manuscripts for its fifth issue, to be published in April 2027.

PJM is a peer-reviewed, biannual, diamond open-access academic journal. No fees are charged for manuscript submission, processing, review, or publication. Manuscripts are accepted in both Spanish and English.

Thematic areas

• Management, strategy, and organizations
• Marketing and human resources
• Finance, economics, and accounting
• Innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability
• Operations, logistics, and supply chain management
• Information systems and organizational transformation
• Business law and taxation
• Tourism and city management

Interdisciplinary research related to management and organizations is also considered.

Types of manuscripts

PJM accepts original research articles using quantitative, qualitative, bibliometric, or scientometric approaches, as well as review articles, including systematic, scoping, narrative, literature mapping, and state-of-the-art reviews.

Editorial process

Manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment and, when they meet the journal’s criteria, proceed to a double-blind peer-review process. PJM follows good practices in academic publishing and research ethics and conducts a similarity assessment of submitted manuscripts.

Manuscript submission

Authors must prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the Guidelines for Authors and submit them through the Peruvian Journal of Management’s editorial platform.
