El rombo filosófico de la gestión: un marco conceptual para la actualización profesional en ciencias administrativas

Resumen

La actualización de las trayectorias profesionales administrativas se enfrenta a un problema epistemológico. La brecha se da entre los fundamentos filosóficos del conocimiento administrativo y las prácticas vigentes en los programas de formación directiva. Este artículo presenta el rombo filosófico de la gestión (RFG), que sintetiza cuatro dimensiones de la filosofía de la gestión: ontología, epistemología, axiología y praxeología. El objetivo de este modelo fue identificar las tendencias de investigación en los fundamentos filosóficos de la gestión en relación con los estudios empíricos recientes sobre la formación profesional avanzada continua y sistemática de los gerentes. Se realizó una revisión de alcance basada en el marco de Arksey y O’Malley, y la extensión PRISMA-ScR. La búsqueda sistemática se llevó a cabo en Web of Science, Scopus, EBSCO y Dialnet para el periodo entre 1980 y 2024. De un total de 847 registros, 32 estudios fueron aceptados para esta revisión. La síntesis clasificó, de manera deductiva, las cuatro dimensiones del modelo e identificó cuatro enfoques teóricos. El RFG articula dichos enfoques como marco integrador para el diseño de programas de actualización enmarcados en un contexto filosófico y orientados a superar el reduccionismo técnico. Este modelo es una proposición conceptual que ofrece el potencial para una futura validación empírica.
