The paper offers a PRISMA-based systematic review of 16 articles retrieved from Web of Science on idealism and relativism among business students. Findings show a predominance of relativism, which is associated with lower ethical intention, plagiarism, and greater tolerance of questionable conduct, whereas idealism is linked to stronger ethical sensitivity and social responsibility. The review concludes that business education shapes students ethical ideology. Its main limitation is the scarcity of longitudinal, comparative, and standardized studies within this research area today.
