Idealismo y relativismo en estudiantes de negocios: una revisión sistemática

Resumen

El estudio presenta una revisión sistemática, basada en la declaración Prisma, de dieciséis artículos localizados en Web of Science sobre idealismo y relativismo en estudiantes de Negocios. Los hallazgos muestran un predominio del relativismo, su asociación con menor intención ética, el plagio y la tolerancia a conductas cuestionables, mientras que el idealismo se vincula con mayor sensibilidad ética y responsabilidad social. Se concluye que la formación en Negocios influye en la ideología ética. La principal limitación es la escasez de estudios longitudinales, comparativos y con instrumentos estandarizados.
