Restorative justice as a solution to violence in schools

In the current context, where progressive autonomy and integral protection are fundamental values in internal regulations related to the rights of children and adolescents, it is essential to recognize the need for peaceful coexistence. Restorative justice emerges as an alternative to actions such as bullying. In this sense, this article aims to examine how the implementation of restorative approaches can contribute to reversing the negative effects of prolonged isolation, fostering a culture of respect, dialogue, and responsibility in educational institutions. Additionally, possible challenges and benefits associated with the application of restorative justice in the educational field will be addressed, with the goal of enriching the debate and offering innovative perspectives to improve school coexistence.
