Abstract

The coronavirus pandemic has generated multiple consequences in the world of law with special attention to the contractual world. The context constitutes unpredictable situations for the contracting parties, so solutions must be found that allow the reestablishment of contractual relationships or give them the best possible way out. In this lies the great relevance of the rebus sic stantibus clause. Thus, throughout the article, different aspects to be considered for its application in the context of the coronavirus pandemic will be discussed.
