Abstract

As a result of the global crisis generated by COVID-19, contracts entered into have been affected by current events that have caused economic and social issues, which make it difficult to comply with the agreement. The present article seeks to emphasize the importance of good faith, under a tridimensional perspective, in order to renegotiate and keep contracts and their obligations, considering the social reality, the rules and the values.
