Abstract

The present article analyses the importance of general deposit warehouses and the issuance of two securities, recognized as such by the current Law of Securities, as are the certificate of deposit and the warrant, which will also show in the article the use that they have and its transcendence and characteristics within exchange law. We have decided treat these two securities with the means to contribute to their study and further diffusion under the guidelines of the regulations in force.

Socio del Estudio Ramírez Abogados y árbitro del Centro Nacional e Internacional de Arbitraje de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima.  Miembro del Instituto Peruano de Derecho Mercantil. Profesor del curso sobre títulos valores en la Facultad de Derecho de la  Universidad de Lima.
