Abstract

This article is a synthesis of the author’s degree thesis and studies the obligation of submission aimed at applying the international labor standards in member States without considering the ratification concept. It also analyzes how Peru observes this obligation and, based on its compliance within the years 2012-2016, determines its effectiveness in the legal field.
