Focus and Reach

Ius et Praxis, the official journal of the Faculty of Law at the University of Lima, is a biannual publication sponsored by this academic institution and edited by its Faculty of Law. Its primary goal is to promote legal culture through the dissemination of scholarly articles.

The journal is aimed at the entire academic community interested in contributing to and engaging with legal research by publishing articles on law and related topics. In doing so, the journal plays an active role in addressing the changes and transformations occurring both within and beyond the legal field, always fostering an exchange of ideas and encouraging dialogue. Our mission is to provide high-quality, contextually relevant information that is freely and openly accessible to the entire community.

Periodicity

Ius et Praxis  is published in July and January of each year. 

Policies of Free Access

Ius et Praxis brings public and free access to the public of its content with the intention to impulse the distribbution of articules to promote the jurisdiccional culture through reflection, analysis and investigation as to what law refers to, conjugating the preciseness in academic production of its professors and other colaborators, the viability and deepness of analysis through the free and global exchange of knowlege.

Ius et Praxis is a non profit Journal that doesn´t have any costs to its authors whether it be in submissions, processment or publishing of articles.
