About the Journal
Focus and scope
The Civil Engineering program at the University of Lima organizes annually, since May 2025, the International Congress of Civil Engineering (ICCE). The papers presented at the congress are peer-reviewed and published in the Proceedings of the ICCE.
The International Congress of Civil Engineering (ICCE) is an event organized by the Civil Engineering department of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Lima, oriented to promoting and disseminating advances in research and technology in the field of civil engineering. With this purpose, the congress revolves around four thematic areas: seismic and structural engineering; geotechnical and transportation engineering; hydraulic engineering; and construction processes, new technologies and sustainable construction.
Open Access Policy
At the Proceedings of the International Civil Engineering Congress (ICIEC) we value open access as a means to promote the global exchange of scientific knowledge. We are proud to offer free access to our content, without charging authors article processing charges (APCs). We believe it is essential to remove economic barriers to ensure that civil engineering research is widely available to all.
About copyright
Authors who publish in the Proceedings of the International Congress of Civil Engineering (ICCE) retain copyright and grant the Proceedings the right of first publication. The papers are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 international license, which allows third parties to use the content as long as proper citation of authorship and initial publication in the Proceedings of the ICCE is provided. This license guarantees open access to the published works and recognizes the original contribution of the authors.
