The present article analyzes the scope of Articlee 14 of the National Arbitration Law, an article that allows the inclusion of a non-signatory
third party in the Arbitration Agreement. As the authors conclude, this is a way to ensure in an arbitration process that all controversies are
resolved and there is no parallel litigation in the ordinary jurisdiction. Furthermore, it is important to take into account certain principles and
analyze the problem case-by-case considering that this situation is the exception of an exception.
