¿Orden espontáneo?: una crítica al núcleo de la escuela austriaca

Resumen
Entre los diversos elementos que conforman el núcleo teórico de la escuela austriaca, se hace énfasis en la noción de orden espontáneo. Según esta noción, el sistema de precios es un sintetizador de información dispersa con el cual los individuos pueden tomar todas sus decisiones; por ello, se rechaza todo intervencionismo estatal, ya que genera ineficiencias y efectos distorsionadores en el sistema de precios. Al respecto, en este artículo se desarrolla un análisis crítico del orden espontáneo desde tres perspectivas: la economía institucional, la economía conductual y la economía poskeynesiana. Como resultado de este análisis, se concluye que la noción de orden espontáneo diverge de la realidad económica y, por ello, resulta engañosa.
