Abstract

FIFA has approved new regulations governing the activities of agents in soccer, introducing significant changes to the 2015 regime, particularly the limitation on agents' commissions. This regulation has encountered strong opposition from agents, generating a large number of legal
claims pending resolution by the CJEU. Until then, the most contentious aspects of the regulations have been suspended.
