Tendencias demográficas del Perú: Proyecciones al 2050
Resumen
Este trabajo realiza un análisis descriptivo de la evolución de las principales variables demográficas del Perú al 2050. Se analiza la evolución de la tasa global de fecundidad, la estructura de la población por edad, la razón de dependencia y el bono demográfico. Se observa que: i) la fecundidad viene descendiendo de manera sostenida y llegará a 1,7 hijos por mujer en 2050; ii) la población infantil se reducirá mientras que habrá un incremento de la población adulta mayor llegando a ser más de 9 millones en 2050; iii) la razón de dependencia aumentará por incremento de la población adulta mayor.
