Author Guidelines

Submission of articles for evaluation and publication in Persona should be made through the journal portal of the Universidad de Lima:

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The contribution is original and unpublished, and is not being evaluated for publication by another journal; if this is not the case, a justification should be given in “Comments to the editor”.
  • The submission file must be in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice or RTF format.
  • URLs for the references have been provided where possible.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; uses italics instead of underlining (except in URL addresses); figures and tables are inserted in the text, not at the end of the document as appendices.
  • The text follows the style standards and bibliographic requirements described in Guidelines for Authors, on the About the Journal page.

Acceptance for publication implies the transfer of printing and reproduction rights, by any form and means, to the publisher, while the author retains the intellectual property of the article.
