Propuesta de mejora en la logística de entrada de una empresa importadora de automóviles mediante lean management
Resumen
En esta investigación, se presenta una propuesta de mejora para una empresa de concesionarios de automóviles. La industria propuesta está en constante cambio y la escasez de stock y los retrasos en la entrega de pedidos generan un impacto negativo en el índice de nivel de servicio. Se diagnosticó un problema en el área de logística de entrada de la empresa para obtener el inventario necesario y satisfacer la demanda de ventas de vehículos. En este sentido, este artículo propone un modelo integrado que utiliza herramientas de lean management, lo cual incluye kanban y VSM, de la mano con herramientas de la industria 4.0, para aumentar este indicador. La investigación se valida a través de una simulación en Arena software, y se observa que el nivel de servicio registra un aumento del 11,52 %. Con el uso de digital twin, el número de quejas debido al tiempo de entrega disminuyó al 1,6 %, mientras que kanban y machine learning ayudaron a alcanzar una falta de stock del 12,08 %. La contribución propuesta puede guiar a otras empresas concesionarias en la industria automotriz para contrarrestar muchos de los principales problemas relacionados con su nivel de servicio.
