General international law in the jurisprudence of the Peruvian Constitutional Court

Abstract

Contemporary International Law establishes the right and obligations to guarantee peaceful coexistence among the subjects of International Law, mainly States, and, like any other legal system, it is made up of legal norms, principles and institutions. The development of international law in the twentieth century, it allowed us to visualize that this legal system is composed of different types of norms, although we will only refer to some.

Abogada, profesora del curso de Derecho Internacional Público en la Universidad de Lima y Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, con estudios de Maestría con mención en Derecho Constitucional y Derechos Humanos y estudios de Doctorado en la Universidad nacional Mayor de San Marcos, con estudios de postgrado en la Academia de derecho Internacional de la Haya, abogada litigante en el Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos.
