Procedural sanitation and fixation of controversial points for the proper conduct of the process

Abstract

In this article the author develops the pre-fixing elements, features, elements and forms of procedural reorganization to fix the dispute and legal basis of this step in the process. Finally, the author states that the judicial practice in the Peruvian justice system has distorted this issue, until it becomes almost like a formal requirements to repeat the claims and counter claims.
