Abstract

In our country the franchising contract is not regulated by a special law. However; it has social reconnaissance and its regulation is given by the social rules and additionally by other sources of law. This article presents the essential elements of the franchise agreement as well as possible rules can be use in case of contractual emptied of franchising contract.
